We operate machining services out of 3 separate machining facilities all centrally located in the NW Houston area.
We have several large international clients. Currently on our machines we are producing offshore and land rig manufactured items for multiple companies. Facility 1 - We have a medium sized facility with Horizontal, & Vertical Lathe and Mill machines. Our bragging points:
- Capability to chuck material up to 65î
- 24 hr round the clock shift capability
- Here we run small to medium sized items
- We have space to offer storage of parts internally for up to 60 days for your high run parts
- ISO 9001 Certified
- Familiarity with running multi stage production items, requiring NDE steps, multiple movements, and
inspection points.
- Room for expansion as early as 3rd qtr 2015 if needed.
- Here we run stems, valve bonnets and bodys, couplings, seals, Hydralic pins, boosters, and more
- We can run Inconel and Titanium here.
- We offer 100% Turnkey solutions from this facility using domestic metal, Material Testing, Coatings, Polishing, Welding, Inlay, Waterjet, Plasma Cutting, Honing, Grinding, Lapping, Boring, EDM, CMM
Facility 2 - This is currently our largest facility. With large Horizontal, & Vertical Lathe and Mill machines. Our bragging points:
- Same as facility 1 above, including ISO 9001 certification, 24 hr round the clock shift capability
- We can run the largest parts you need from solid forge stock, casting, or forge. We also offer Turnkey machine solutions. Includes a bay you can pull a full size 18 wheeler and trailer into for unload and load.
Facility 3 - This is a medium sized facility. With Horizontal, & Vertical Lathe and Mill machines. Our bragging points:
- Same as facility 1 above, however this facility is not ISO 9001 certified but runs based on the premises and standards, 24 hr round the clock shift capability
- We can run small to medium sized items parts you need from solid forge stock, casting, or forge. We also offer Turnkey machine solutions.
